The Role

ZenBusiness is seeking an experienced, people-focused Outbound Sales Manager that has a passion for driving a high-volume sales team to success. The person will manage a team of 12 sales representatives, inspire them to do their best, give great service to potential customers, and turn them into actual customers.

We need a great leader who inspires top performance and mentors and develops future leaders. The ideal candidate should have a successful sales background at ZenBusiness and be considered an expert by other sales reps and leaders. This role will report to the Director of Outbound Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate sales reps to perform at a high level.
  • Assist the sales reps with closing deals.
  • Exceed sales & revenue targets.
  • Coach and provide feedback to develop and train sales agents.
  • Hold daily & weekly meetings with team members for highest level of engagement.
  • Implement consistent sales rep performance management to ensure accountability.
  • Onboard newly hired sales reps and coach them to success.
  • Partner with sales enablement to create a successful new hire experience.
  • Collaborate with peers to improve sales results.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and take initiative to expand industry knowledge.
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity in the sales process to ensure sales quality.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and mitigate company risk.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations required to run an efficient sales team.
  • Responsible for professional growth and development for the team

Qualifications

  • Consistently in the top 20% of sales rep performance (revenue & upsells).
  • Demonstrated high integrity and quality of sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Proven record of effectively prioritizing workload to meet objectives.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
  • Comfortable with change and uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • macOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus!
