About the product: Voyager is an integrated workflow and analytics platform helping companies optimize and manage their marine supply chains. With Voyager, entire networks can collaborate, and project manage complex marine operations whilst simultaneously capturing and analyzing data as it changes hands.

What you will be doing: • Create and nurture relationships with company partners, users and customers across the maritime ecosystem • Drive customer engagement and product adoption to create value for our customers and reduce churn • Identify opportunities to expand the user base and increase transaction volume with existing paid and non-paying accounts • Take ownership of customer challenges and initiatives • Be the voice of the user through customer advocacy within the company and documentation of user journeys and experiences • Manage the customer onboarding process including product training and demo's • Develop and monitor customer success metrics internally and with the client providing regular feedback loop to internal and external management teams • Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system • Be an excellent and proactive communicator with management, customers and support staff • Participate in companywide activities such as team building, sales training, marketing efforts and corporate strategy • Travel to customer locations globally when needed (North America, LATAM, Asia and Europe) • Provide product demonstrations and assist in the development of training material and programs

What you should have: • A desire to take on big challenges as the first company hire in this position globally • High motivation and driven to succeed with a focus on rapid execution and urgency • Is resourceful, can work independently and displays a strong work ethic • Ideally 1-2 years in SaaS/Tech customer success role or relevant O&G experience such as customer support/service, operations, consulting or supply chain management is preferred but not necessary • Ideally 2-3 years exposure or firsthand experience in physical commodity shipping/maritime operations (Gas, chemicals, LNG, dry, crude, breakbulk) either as a charterer, broker, shipowner, trader or other • Experience onboarding and training customers • You should be comfortable with data analytics and business intelligence platforms • You are obsessed with helping our customers achieve their goals • The ability to build teams and inspire the people around you • The desire to continually support our mission and growth ambitions • Comfortable working and collaborating with an internationally distributed team
