Job Overview
This role on the Growth Systems team supports marketing program delivery, validation, and automation across global business units. Primary responsibilities include configuring, managing, and monitoring customer product pricing and in-product messaging within key product ecosystems, ensuring customers receive timely, relevant, and accurate experiences. Successful candidates will work effectively with large cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, analytics, finance, and others) to deliver holistic solutions while minimizing organizational impact.
Responsibilities
Deliver complex multi-channel marketing programs and product launches by architecting, building, automating, validating, and governing the intended customer experience
Use internal tools and industry-leading MarTech platforms to execute and optimize marketing initiatives
Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues quickly, with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven approach
Partner with teams to identify gaps and recommend solutions or process improvements
Document issues, outcomes, and reproducible steps for reference in future scenarios
Communicate findings and complex program details clearly and consistently to audiences with varying levels of program knowledge, and propose actionable recommendations
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years in an operational or data-driven role, with demonstrated willingness to learn and expand scope
Experience working with teams across multiple time zones and flexible hours
General understanding of enterprise-level billing and MarTech systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Data & Technical Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to build automations, generate or debug queries/scripts, and streamline validation and QA processes across marketing systems.
- Advanced skills in working with large data sets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
Intermediate SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting; data visualization experience a plus
Comfort with complex marketing programs and a strong affinity for data analysis to derive insights and optimize future efforts.
A natural curiosity for digging into data to find answers
Tools
Familiarity with systems such as Jira, SFDC, CODA, GitHub, AEP, Marketo, Claude, Smartsheet, QuickBase, and Tableau preferred
Experience administering or configuring at least one marketing automation platform (MAP) or CRM directly (vs. just using reports from one) is a plus

The expected base pay range for this position is:Mountain View $135,500 - $183,000
