Job Overview
As Intuit accelerates its AI driven transformation, the Manager 3, Product Management within the Foresight organization serves as a strategic product leader responsible for translating emerging technologies, customer insights, and innovation initiatives into differentiated customer experiences and measurable business impact. This role advances the Foresight charter by identifying high value opportunities, shaping product strategy, and driving execution across a portfolio of AI powered initiatives aligned to Intuit’s long term growth objectives.
The M3 Product Manager leads cross functional product development across key strategic programs including Ascend in partnership with the Mid Market organization, Delphi, Magellan for Omni and Omni mobile, and other emerging innovation efforts. In addition to core product leadership responsibilities, this role partners leads User Research and Design Technology teams to ensure customer needs, behavioral insights, experimentation, and scalable design systems are deeply integrated into product strategy and delivery. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, customer obsession, operational rigor, and the ability to align product, engineering, data, design, research, and business stakeholders around a shared vision and execution plan.
Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and execution for strategic Foresight initiatives
Drive end to end product leadership for key Foresight initiatives, ensuring clarity on customer problems, product vision, success metrics, prioritization, milestones, and business outcomes. Translate strategic opportunities into actionable product roadmaps that align Foresight, Business Units, and platform organizations across multiple levels of the company.
Establish durable cross functional product operating mechanisms
Create and lead effective product planning, prioritization, dependency management, experimentation, and decision making frameworks that enable rapid innovation and scalable execution in a matrixed environment. Foster alignment and transparency across product, engineering, data, design, user research, and business stakeholders while driving accountability around roadmap delivery, customer impact, and strategic tradeoffs.
Accelerate innovation from incubation to scaled product adoption
Lead products from early concept exploration and customer discovery through validation, scaling, and integration into core platform and Business Unit experiences. Lead User Research, Design Technology, and partner with GenOS, AI platform foundations, and Business Unit product teams to ensure seamless adoption of new capabilities, scalable experience design, and long term product ownership.
Drive customer insight, product rigor, and executive visibility
Define and operationalize product success metrics, customer feedback loops, experimentation strategies, and portfolio level KPI tracking across the Foresight organization. Synthesize customer insights, market opportunities, roadmap progress, and business impact into clear executive communications for senior leadership, including CEO and CTO staff, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a world-class environment known for high complexity and technical excellence
• Proven track record of delivering complex, user-facing features from concept to launch, with specific expertise in building AI-native workflows leveraging generative AI • Deep comfort with ML/LLM-powered automation, complex data pipelines, and evaluation loops; ability to engage meaningfully in architecture and design discussions • Strong understanding of conversational AI, including LLM-based interfaces, prompt engineering, and the unique UX challenges of generative AI products • Experience partnering closely with product development and design teams to facilitate trade-offs between customer experience and technical feasibility • Mastery of innovation frameworks such as Customer-Driven Innovation (CDI) and Design for Delight (D4D) to solve important, unsolved customer problems • Ability to turn customer pain into a durable execution plan, moving fast in ambiguity while building 'provably trustable' systems • Demonstrated history of taking on increasing responsibility, exhibiting clarity of thinking, and end-to-end ownership to deliver impactful results • Ability to think beyond a single feature to build reusable systems that serve many teams — a true systems thinker • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Math, or a related discipline) is required to partner effectively with engineering • Advanced degree or MBA is a plus
