Job Overview

Come join the Tech Strategic Programs team as a SrStaff Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on driving planning for the Tech Ecosystem. In this role, you will drive an AI-native approach that leverages our newly launched planning & execution framework, tools and data to deliver a high confidence Tech Ecosystem plan that will accelerate growth for Intuit.

You will partner closely with program managers, business operations and Finance to design and execute processes and leadership operating mechanisms to drive decision making with senior leaders, provide insights, and shape C-suite level planning artifacts.


Responsibilities

Design AI-native planning mechanisms at scale

  • Design operating mechanisms that drive alignment across senior Technology leaders on strategy, goals and resource plans

  • Partner with Business operations and Finance to align Tech annual planning mechanisms with CEO staff and FP&A expectations

  • Leverage Intuit planning and execution frameworks and tools to integrate annual planning into existing frameworks where applicable

  • Develop C-suite level artifacts to summarize the Tech strategy and plan in partnership with Tech narratives team

Drive execution and adoption of planning processes

  • Design guidance, templates, best practices and workflows that scale effectively across a 8k+ FTE Tech Ecosystem.

  • Establish requirements, design experiments, develop prototypes and partner with tooling team to operationalize and automate annual planning processes

  • Drive change management and adoption with planning drivers from each Tech organization to operationalize planning processes and tools, and provide additional guidance and support where needed

  • Provide insights into progress of deliverables and adoption of guidance, best practices and tools


Qualifications

  • Proven ability to turn ambiguous strategy into clear program plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes in complex orgs.

  • Track record of leading complex cross functionals programs and driving adoption at scale to deliver outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence VP+ level executives and peers without authority, facilitate leadership conversations and decision making, drive alignment and accountability

  • Experience with transforming manual data collection and analysis processes with AI and Tech to improve speed to insights and trust in data.

  • High judgment and “systems thinking” mindset: understands how to operate as an ecosystem—connecting outcomes to drivers and ensuring insights become action.

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View $202,000 - $273,500
San Diego, CA $185,000- $250,000
