  • Deliver all P&P communications for Manager Central to help ensure that managers are equipped to lead their teams on critical P&P programs; continue to operate as interim MCC manager until the transition plan is complete.

  • Serve as the lead communicator for the Wall of Fame, a highly visible, bi-annual initiative that celebrates companywide promotions.

  • Be a thought partner and driver of Voice of the Employee (VoE) initiatives, launching modern listening strategies that enable Intuit to regularly understand and act on employee feedback.

  • Serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to stakeholders in P&P to advise on a number of initiatives.

  • Collaborate across the communications organization to contribute to big rocks and mission-based teams that accelerate our collective impact, including serving as a key contributor to the corporate employee communications team.

  • Drive data-backed communications strategies by measuring, testing, and deriving insights that enable us to deliver on our outcomes.

  • Monitor industry trends and bring outside-in perspectives that enable us to continuously innovate and move our communications programs forward.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience (15+years) in communications, ideally within the technology sector.

  • Ability and eagerness to travel to Intuit sites, including our MTV HQ regularly.

  • Strong business acumen - ability to translate strategic information into clear and concise messages.

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a very high bar for quality and strong attention to detail.
