About the Role
Intuit is doubling down on MidMarket — and this is the role that leads the charge. As the MidMarket Brand Marketing Manager, you will own the brand strategy, integrated campaign roadmap, and go-to-market execution for Intuit's four core MidMarket offerings: Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES), QuickBooks Advanced, Intuit Services (bookkeeping, tax, advisory), and Money (payments, capital, banking). You will build and lead a team of six, operating at staff level alongside Finance, Product, and Sales partners, to establish Intuit as the unambiguous brand of choice for businesses in the $1M–$100M revenue range.
This is a rare opportunity to build a brand function from the ground up, with clear executive sponsorship and direct impact on one of Intuit's most strategically important growth vectors.
Responsibilities
What You'll Own
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and steward the MidMarket brand architecture across IES, Advanced, Services, and Money ensuring coherent positioning that differentiates Intuit from Sage, NetSuite, Xero, and other segment competitors.
- Translate Intuit's AI-driven expert platform narrative into compelling, segment-specific value propositions for the $10M–$100M business buyer.
- Own the MidMarket brand voice, visual identity application, and messaging hierarchy across all channels and ensure it is consisent with the One Intuit Visual Identity.
Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead the annual brand and campaign planning process for the MidMarket segment, including budget allocation across IES, Advanced, Services, and Money.
- Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning paid media, content, events, PR, partner, and digital ensuring a unified customer journey from awareness through preference.
- Establish campaign measurement frameworks and hold the team accountable to brand health, pipeline contribution, and segment-level KPIs.
Cross-Product Narrative & Customer Journey
- Connect the dots across IES, Advanced, Money, and Services to build a holistic MidMarket customer narrative surfacing cross-sell and upsell opportunities through brand touchpoints.
- Partner with Product Marketing to align brand campaigns with product launch moments and ensure product stories ladder up to segment positioning.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 direct reports covering campaign management, content strategy, demand programs, and product marketing support.
- Set clear goals, prioritize workload, and create an environment where marketers do their best work.
- Represent the team in staff and cross-functional leadership forums.
- Think across the enterprise connecting MidMarket to the larger Intuit portfolio and brand strategy.
Executive Partnership & Stakeholder Alignment
- Partner with MidMarket Product Management, Sales, Finance, Product, and Partner Marketing as a peer stakeholder aligning brand investment with segment P&L objectives and quarterly business reviews.
- Serve as the primary marketing voice in MidMarket leadership planning, QBRs, and Sasan-level big bet reviews.
- Communicate brand strategy and results to senior leaders in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 12+ years of progressive brand or integrated marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/staff-level people management role.
- Demonstrated success leading brand strategy for complex, multi-product portfolios in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments.
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing marketing teams.
- Experience marketing to SMB or MidMarket business buyers, ideally in financial services, ERP, HCM, or adjacent SaaS categories.
- Strong command of integrated campaign planning, brand measurement, and media strategy.
- Strong experience working with and leading creative and creative agencies.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with the Intuit ecosystem: QuickBooks, payroll, payments, tax or competitive segment knowledge (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero).
- Experience operating in a segment-based GTM model alongside dedicated Sales and Finance partners.
- Track record leading brand during periods of significant product expansion or up-market repositioning.
