About the Consumer Group Business Operations Team:

Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem and operate within the Consumer Group (CG) to achieve Taxes Done for Everyone, supported by an AI-driven expert platform.

The Business Operations team aims to provide the business:

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with CG senior leaders across Product, Technology, Commercial, and Customer Success to contribute to business strategies that shape how the Consumer Group plans and builds AI-powered products, supporting prioritization alignment as the business evolves
  • Partner with Intuit Technology Ecosystem platform leaders to support operating and strategic planning decisions, helping maintain the sequencing clarity platform teams need to commit capacity and deliver on CG’s behalf
  • Contribute to CG’s execution system on top of Intuit’s IYE framework — helping build the operating model, review cadences, and reporting structure that give CG leadership visibility into progress against the FY27 plan
  • Support the change management and adoption effort for IYE and Dragonboat across CG — partnering with VPs and delivery teams and reinforcing the connection between process and product outcomes
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities and best practices across the execution system, contributing to how CG builds and ships AI-powered products more effectively over time
  • Contribute to CG’s operating rhythm and planning processes as a member of the Business Operations team

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. CG Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company, and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.

  • 6-8 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company
  • Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
  • Strong communications (written/verbal), and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Strong academic record required. MBA, or equivalent, from a nationally recognized institution preferred
