Job Overview

Intuit is seeking an experienced, highly proactive Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) 2 to provide seamless, high-impact administrative support to the leaders driving our Payments and Money Movement Big Bet — one of the company’s most strategic, fastest-growing priorities. This role will support a Vice President and a Director, with the scope expected to grow to one or two additional Director-level leaders over time.

This is a critical, high-visibility role. The person in this seat will be a skilled and dynamic problem-solver, managing complex calendaring and competing priorities across multiple initiatives and time zones in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and exercises sound judgment and complete discretion with highly confidential information. They bring exceptional communication skills, are resourceful in building trusted relationships across the Intuit ecosystem, and are energized by the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to a Vice President and a Director within the Payments and Money Movement Big Bet, scaling to support one or two additional Director-level leaders over time.

  • Proactively manage heavy and complex executive calendars and scheduling across multiple initiatives and global time zones, based on a thorough understanding of business priorities; keep leaders well-informed of upcoming commitments and follow up appropriately.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with the leaders you support, their leadership teams, and key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Partner across organizational boundaries — and across the EABP community — to deliver outcomes, drive collaboration, and share best practices.

  • Plan and execute events, including large meetings, off-sites, leadership sessions, and team engagement or motivation events.

  • Collect, prepare, and synthesize information and materials for senior leadership discussions and meetings with internal and external executives.

  • Serve as a point of contact for high-level internal and external relationships involving sensitive or confidential matters.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage logistics end to end.

  • Prepare and track purchase orders and expenses; reconcile expense reports on behalf of the leaders.

  • Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists for the functional group or business unit.

  • Rapidly absorb background, context, and evolving priorities to enable independent thinking and sound decision-making with limited information.

  • Take initiative on researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes; act as a social and cultural touchpoint that strengthens team connectivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years working at the executive administrative level, preferably supporting senior staff members (SVP/VP and their leadership teams).

  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously, with the ability to scale support as a team grows.

  • Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity.

  • Proactive, anticipatory mindset — able to plan ahead, identify unforeseen needs, and stay two steps ahead of the leaders you support.

  • Self-starter who can operate independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and move quickly from one task to another; a creative problem-solver who seeks “win-win” solutions and is energized by challenges.

  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); tech-savvy and comfortable maintaining wiki pages, Smartsheet, and other digital tools.

  • Strong organization, project management, and interpersonal skills, with a strong internal and external customer-service orientation.

  • Adaptability and perseverance — embraces change, pivots when priorities shift, and sees things through to completion regardless of obstacles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leaders and external executives.
