Job Overview
Responsible for acquisition, maintenance, and government agency paper approval of all assigned tax materials.
Utilize proprietary tools for maintaining content with established deadlines and free of significant error.
Identifying changes in government forms
Creating tax form content in the software
Updating tax forms to provincial and federal government specifications and Intuit standards within strict deadlines.
Self-proofing and peer-proofing of work.
Achieving proficiency with numerous in-house tools necessary for the completion of many tax products offered
Identifying, proposing and implementing process improvements.
Participating in workload prioritization.

Qualifications
Knowledge or experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
knowledge of HTML / Python / Github / Other equivalent programming language
Working knowledge of Windows platform, Microsoft Office and various databases.
Thorough knowledge of form design tools such as Adobe Acrobat
2 + years of experience working in a fast paced professional environment.
Attention to detail.
Understanding of software best practices.
Good oral, and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
Able to follow and understand a defined, multi-step process.
Ensures a high level of quality on owned deliverables.
Exercises good judgment within own areas of responsibility.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

The expected base pay range for this position is: Ontario, Canada : $23.56 to $31.00 CAD per hour. Actual compensation may fall outside this range based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
