At Credit Karma Money, part of the broader Intuit Consumer Money business, we are building a full-scale financial platform that champions financial progress for our 140M+ members. As part of our FP&A team, you’ll play a key role in driving financial insights, shaping strategy, and supporting the growth of our banking business. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that help us make better decisions, faster.

The ideal candidate has experience working on consumer banking, lending, and/or neobanking products. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence strategy through rigorous analysis and a deep understanding of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities to support business performance and long-term strategy

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate product launches, growth initiatives, cost saving initiatives and operational investments

  • Analyze key trends and metrics across member behavior, funnel performance, cost structure, and unit economics

  • Develop insights and recommendations that help shape product strategy and guide leadership decisions

  • Partner closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics teams to develop, understand and track their execution plans against goals

  • Improve the accuracy and scalability of forecasting processes, dashboards, and key performance indicators

  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities and articulate their impact to stakeholders

  • Improve predictability of the business by continuously automating and scaling forecast processes and methodologies


Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or analytics, ideally within a fintech, neobank, or consumer financial services environment

  • Strong knowledge of GSuite, MS Office and Looker, Tableau or similar data visualization tools

  • Strong business & financial acumen with understanding of neobanking unit economics, including customer acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, funding costs, and transaction and risk losses

  • Proven ability to build complex financial models, including forecasting frameworks that incorporate member growth, churn, loss curves, and operational scale

  • High attention to detail with strong judgment, an ownership mindset, and a commitment to accuracy in a rapidly evolving business

  • Ability to synthesize data, structure a concise presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to a range of stakeholders

  • Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem solving when necessary to move projects forward tactically
