Job Overview

As a Staff Product Manager for QuickBooks Bill Pay, you will define and drive the strategic vision for a critical pillar within QuickBooks’ Money Movement ecosystem—one of Intuit’s most important growth and engagement bets.

This is a highly influential leadership role, operating across multiple teams and product surfaces, where you will shape long-term strategy, unlock new business opportunities, and drive step-function improvements in how small businesses manage and move money.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and size market opportunities using deep customer insights, competitive analysis, and data
  • Set and drive a coherent product strategy across multiple teams and time horizons (near-, mid-, long-term)
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple systems, teams, and business units
  • Influence company-wide priorities and ensure alignment between product, business, and technical strategies
  • Establish scalable processes and frameworks for product discovery, delivery, and measurement
  • Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to iteration

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and scaling complex product areas or platforms
  • Experience building platform products or working within Fintech / Payments ecosystems is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to define and execute multi-year product strategies with measurable business impact
  • Experience leading large, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in data-driven decision making, experimentation, and product analytics
  • Strong leadership presence with a track record of mentoring and developing other PMs
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred [or equivalent experience]
