Job Overview

Come join the Mid-Market Product Management team as a Principal Product Manager for Mid-Market AI at Intuit. The Mid-Market Product Management org is dedicated to discovering, clarifying, and evangelizing the future of finance and business operations for our Mid-Market and enterprise customers globally. To ensure the Mid-Market product experience is built for the future, we are adopting an agent-first mindset across our entire ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for critical initiatives to reimagine how we serve Mid-Market customers by advancing cross-platform agent capabilities and deeply integrating conversational AI within the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES). You will drive AI-native innovation and build a scalable, insight-driven reporting framework that empowers our customers to make smarter business decisions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will directly influence Intuit’s evolution in the Mid-Market space. You will be excellent at navigating ambiguity, thinking at a transformative scale, and propelling Intuit towards a new frontier.


Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact, strategic, thought-provoking AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.

  • Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKR, and success metrics for your products.

  • Direct user research and prototype experimentation to validate the most promising hypotheses and decide when to double down or pivot.

  • Think big and dive deep - explore unconventional ideas and challenge status quo assumptions to unlock new product experiences, while sweating the details to achieve the highest quality of seamless UX.

  • Earn buy-in from stakeholders and inspire teams to charge forward with exceptional storytelling ability and cross-functional leadership.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience (Entrepreneur, Engineer Manager or AI/Data Science Manager) for AI-native technical products in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.

  • Track record of taking innovative enterprise software products from concept to production with record breaking adoption results.

  • Exceptional strategic leadership, deep customer empathy and ability to transform ambitious ideas into reality through cross-functional partnership.

  • High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with technical leadership and working teams on both strategic and tactical decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and C-level executives.

  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and influence beyond your immediate organization.

  • Familiarity with the latest advancement of AI/ML technology, industry trend, key players. Familiarity with enterprise finance and business operations and Intuit’s product offerings is a plus.
