Staff Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market QB Advanced

Category Marketing Location Mountain View, California; San Diego, California Job ID 20136

Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

About the Role

Intuit is committed to creating solutions to power prosperity around the world, meeting the needs and improving the chances of success for businesses ranging from the small businesses that drive our economy to the mid-sized and enterprise businesses with broader scale and more complex needs. We look to accomplish this with an online ecosystem of solutions ranging from accounting to workforce solutions, to digital payments and lending.

Intuit is redefining financial management for mid-sized and enterprise businesses by combining enterprise-grade power with Intuit simplicity with a portfolio that includes Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online Advanced. As QuickBooks Online Advanced has filled an important role for growing businesses, bridging the gap between small business accounting solutions and our ERP as a financial management platform, we are seeking a highly motivated Staff Product Marketing Manager to build cohesive, customer-backed messaging strategies for Advanced.

The ideal candidate is a full-stack product marketer with experience translating market, product and customer insights into strong messaging strategies while influencing and partnering cross-functionally to bring their bold visions to life. You’ll be challenged to move fast, navigate ambiguity and have a big impact on our mid-market customers’ lives, their livelihoods and the QuickBooks brand trajectory with this customer.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Be a champion of the voice of the Mid Market with a thorough understanding of our highest value customers who are outgrowing the QuickBooks small business solutions.

  • Manage both inbound and outbound product marketing programs, with the ability to use storytelling, customer insights, data and business acumen to lead initiatives at any phase of the product life cycle (from idea to maturity) and execute a GTM plan that can drive impact and influence.

  • Leverage consumer (qual and quant), competitive, and industry insights plus new technological capabilities to uncover opportunities that can help further differentiate our suite of product offerings.

  • Pull from a strong creative skillset to turn deep customer insights into winning positioning, value proposition and messaging that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among mid-market and enterprise audiences.

  • Create high-impact launch materials and enablement content, including value frameworks, competitive positioning, and sales playbooks.

  • Own cross-functional launch planning — aligning Product, Sales, Marcomms, and Growth teams on strategy, readiness, and execution.

  • Lead cross-channel orchestration, ensuring campaigns, events, and content reinforce a consistent narrative.

  • Track performance and insights to inform future programs and continuously improve how we go to market.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5-7+ years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Proven success orchestrating cross-functional GTM programs that drive awareness, demand, and adoption.

  • Strong strategic thinking and execution - able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to optimize campaigns and GTM effectiveness.

  • Deep collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams.

  • Familiarity with enterprise ERP, financial management, or business software markets is a plus.

Why This Role Matters

The Mid-Market Staff Marketing Manager plays a central role in connecting strategy to execution for QuickBooks Online Advanced. You’ll drive coordination, clarity, and consistency across channels and audiences - ensuring our message lands powerfully and persistently in the market. If you’re passionate about bringing complex initiatives to life through cross-functional alignment and integrated execution, we’d love to meet you.
