As we build the future of customer development on an AI-driven platform, we are looking for a high-caliber programmatic leader to drive the learning architecture and business integration for our global partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Global Certification Strategy: Design and implement rigorous certification programs that validate partner expertise and ensure alignment with global service standards.
- End-to-End Program Management: Lead the full lifecycle of durable learning programs. Work closely with Instructional Designers and Developers to ensure technical execution meets professional pedagogical standards and business timelines.
- Learning Journey Mapping: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning journey maps and business requirements for Mailchimp Academy and Partner Training programs.
- KPI & Revenue Attribution: Accountable for mapping educational KPIs to specific partner roles and segments. Ensure project execution aligns with the organization's strategic trajectory by linking learning participation to business performance and revenue generation.
- Stakeholder Influence: Build strong partnerships and effectively influence stakeholders. Clearly communicate the "problem to solve" and drive alignment on shared outcomes.
- Actionable Insights: Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to get to the root cause of performance gaps. Generate insights that influence decision-making and iterate quickly through experimentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in learning and development, learning program management, or partner enablement within a global SaaS environment or partner ecosystem.
- Adult Learning Theory: Deep foundational understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks applied to engaging high-stakes professional audiences.
- Partner Ecosystem Mastery: Proven experience managing partner ecosystems, partner certifications, and sales enablement programs.
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to think, plan, and execute end-to-end to deliver integrated solutions while remaining agile and resilient.
- Financial & Business Acumen: Ability to speak the language of business results—demonstrated experience linking educational engagement such as churn reduction and partner-sourced revenue.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to handle high-level stakeholder communication and simplify complex concepts.
