Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Intuit’s Workforce Solutions business is at the heart of our Services Group, alongside Payments, Capital, and Bill Pay. We provide Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that help small and mid-market businesses streamline payroll, manage HR and compliance, administer benefits, and empower their teams—all within the QuickBooks platform. As we launch and scale our comprehensive new HCM offerings, we are seeking a Growth, Strategy & Operations Principal to own outcomes, drive clarity, and build the forward-looking strategy for one of Intuit’s fastest-growing areas.
Responsibilities
Growth | Own Outcomes
Manage the end-to-end execution of commercial growth initiatives, rapidly surfacing the highest-impact blockers, trade-offs, and risks to leadership with crisp recommendations and solutions — not just flags.
Exemplify an always-on growth mindset for the organization by generating, qualifying, and advancing hypotheses for acquisition, upgrades, retention, partnerships, and new monetization vectors.
Accelerate the path from insight to outcome by running innovative commercial experiments that shape our business model across the customer lifecycle (e.g., pricing, packaging, adoption, upgrades, retention) in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
Strengthen operational rigor by over-indexing on outcomes rather than process, instilling accountability across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Build trust and alignment across organizations through critical operating mechanisms (e.g., monthly business reviews), establishing clear ownership across channel teams to close gaps in customer and revenue growth.
Strategy | Build the Future
Build a cohesive strategy and business case for HCM investments, encompassing customer segmentation, competitive landscape, product evolution, and AI-driven "better together" ecosystem plays.
Act as an executive thought partner, influencer and force multiplier for the Workforce Solutions leadership team and Services GM by translating customer insights and market signals into clear strategic actions.
Operations | Drive Clarity
Deliver a clear narrative of business performance, risks, and opportunities, driving alignment among senior leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Design repeatable agentic workflows that drive disciplined execution by automating key planning deliverables, evaluating initiative status in real time, and drafting stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
8-10+ years of relevant work experience in business/revenue operations, marketing, sales; recent experience at high growth Saas/FinTech preferred but not required.
Proven ability to run an operating system and business reviews: drive cadence, create clarity, instill accountability, and manage a portfolio of initiatives.
Cross-functional influence without authority: Proven ability to drive alignment and mobilize resources across product, marketing, sales, and finance teams without direct reporting authority; skilled at navigating competing priorities and building consensus to move initiatives forward at pace
Outcomes-driven: Track record of putting points on the board vs. driving process — identifying opportunities, driving alignment, resolving blockers, and landing outcomes.
Customer & Market Insight: Deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends; able to translate insights into strategic actions that drive growth and differentiation.
Extreme ownership mindset; moves naturally between long-term thinking and short-term unblock.
Excellent written and oral communications skills and executive presence; capable of synthesizing and abstracting information into executive-ready narratives and presentations
Demonstrated ability to drive change in matrixed organizational environment
Leverages GenAI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Google Gemini) in business workflows to scale their impact
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
