Come join the Virtual Expert Platform as a Principal Product Manager, where you will define and drive AI-first platform innovation at scale to transform how consumers, small businesses, and accountants connect with experts, sellers, and partners across Intuit’s ecosystem.

As a leader on the Intuit Partner Platform team, you will set the multi-year vision and strategy for core platform capabilities that power partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement, engagement, and monetization. You will play a critical role in shaping a scalable, extensible partner ecosystem that drives customer benefit, accelerates growth, and creates durable competitive differentiation for Intuit.

We are looking for a product leader with deep experience building platform and ecosystem products, strong technical fluency, and a track record of delivering business impact at scale. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer and partner needs, and technology, defining the capabilities required to enable seamless partner integration and high-quality end-to-end experiences. You will partner closely with engineering and architecture leaders to influence technical direction and ensure platform investments result in durable, reusable, and extensible solutions.

The ideal candidate brings experience building AI-driven platform solutions and deep expertise in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) across channel sales, enablement, and support technologies, with a strong point of view on how partner ecosystems can be leveraged as a strategic growth driver.


Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the 3-year vision and strategy for the Partner Platform and ecosystem

  • Identify and prioritize core platform capabilities required to scale partner experiences across Intuit

  • Establish customer benefit metrics and business outcomes tied to ecosystem growth and platform adoption

  • Own portfolio-level roadmap across multiple platform domains and capabilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams, systems, and business units

  • Partner with engineering and architecture to shape technical direction and key tradeoffs

  • Ensure platform capabilities are durable, reusable, and extensible across products and partners

  • Drive AI-first product strategy, identifying opportunities for automation, intelligence, and personalization

  • Influence executive stakeholders on strategy, investments, and prioritization

  • Align platform strategy with adjacent product roadmaps to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences

  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and investment decisions

  • Establish and evolve operating models, governance, and cross-org collaboration frameworks

  • Mentor and elevate product managers in platform thinking and strategic execution

  • Represent Intuit in partner ecosystem strategy and industry best practices


Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management leadership role.
  • Experience with building and leading high performing teams.
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrable technical depth in software development - i.e., reading code, architecture and design discussions with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams. AI/ML expertise/experience a plus.
  • Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer
  • Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results.
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.
  • Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.
  • Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferrable; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered

Bay Area California $ 236,000.00- 319,000.00

Southern California $ 213,500.00 - 288,500.00
