Job Overview

Come join the Virtual Expert Platform as a Staff Product Manager, where you will own and deliver key platform capabilities that enable partner workflows and integrations across Intuit’s ecosystem.

As part of the Intuit Partner Platform team, you will be responsible for driving product development for specific platform capabilities, contributing to scalable solutions that support partner onboarding, engagement, and operations. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences aligned to broader platform strategy.

We are looking for a product manager with strong execution skills, technical curiosity, and a customer-focused mindset. You will operate at the intersection of customer needs and technology, helping translate problems into well-defined solutions and delivering impactful results.

The ideal candidate has experience working on technical or platform-related products, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and delivering features that are reliable, scalable, and valuable to customers.


Responsibilities

  • Own roadmap and delivery for a specific platform capability or feature area

  • Define problem statements, requirements, and success metrics

  • Deliver high-quality, end-to-end platform capabilities aligned to product goals

  • Translate customer and partner needs into clear product requirements and use cases

  • Work closely with engineering to design, build, and launch features and services

  • Contribute to defining APIs, workflows, and data requirements for your area

  • Ensure solutions integrate effectively into the broader platform ecosystem

  • Participate in discussions on technical tradeoffs and implementation decisions

  • Use data to inform prioritization and measure product performance

  • Apply AI tools to improve product development and user experiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, GTM)

  • Support integration efforts with internal teams and external partners

  • Continuously iterate on features based on feedback, data, and changing needs

  • Contribute to improving team processes and delivery efficiency


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products.
  • Experience with building and leading high performing teams.
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrable technical depth in software development - i.e., reading code, architecture and design discussions with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams. AI/ML expertise/experience a plus.
  • Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer.
  • Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results.
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.
  • Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.
  • Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferred; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.
