Job Overview
This role builds confidence in GNS across channels, runs an always-on pipeline of revenue ideas (/w cross-functional teams) to drive greater monetization in our base, and leads 6-8 E2E commercial initiatives per year to close the R&O gap.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a clear narrative of business performance, risks, and opportunities — driving alignment among senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
First line of defense for GNS protection: rapidly surfacing the highest-impact blockers, trade-offs, and risks to leadership with crisp recommendations, not just flags.
Own and nurture always-on revenue pipeline: continuously generating, qualifying, and advancing hypotheses for upgrades, retention, partnerships, and new monetization vectors; feeding them into weekly performance discussions, MBR, CXR, and other operating forums
Experiment engine: running 2–3 commercial experiments (non-PLG) per quarter, coordinating across x-functional teams to design, deploy, and read results quickly
Tight connection between MBR and weekly biz performance rhythm: driving traction across channel teams to close GNS gaps; ensuring post-MBR accountability is clear and actionable
Measurement and traceability: partnering with channel, initiative, and finance leaders to strengthen rigor and ensure outcomes are comparable and credible
- Builda cohesive long-term strategy for HCM, including customer segmentation, competitive landscape, product evolution, and “better together” plays across the Money portfolio.
- Executive Thought Partnership: Act as a force-multiplier for Services/WFS executive leadership by translating market signals into clear strategic actions.

Strong strategic, data-driven thinker with marketing acumen and attention to detail
Track record of putting points on the board — identifying opportunities, driving alignment, resolving blockers, and landing outcomes.
