Job Overview
Come join the Service Builder Platform team at Intuit as a manager of managers! Your responsibility will include delivering a platform that developers can use to build highly available and scalable services at a speed that is only possible in the Agentic AI era. We are looking for great people managers and technical leaders to join our team.
Responsibilities
Lead the team to deliver an innovative and reliable service builder platform.
Ensure Engineering and Operational excellence of the service builder platform.
Work with Product Management in identifying customer requirements and prioritizing based on business outcome.
Work with architects on the design, implementation, rollout and maintenance plans.
Build world class teams. Motivate, retain and grow engineering talent.
Qualifications
Proficiency in cloud native technologies, such as Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.
Extensive experience in building services and streaming workloads.
Strong experience applying AI in platform engineering.
Knowledge of observability toolsets such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Wavefront, AWS CloudTrails, etc.
Extensive experience in people management, especially in management of multiple teams.
Experience in working with global teams across time zones.
Excellent communication skills, including communication with employees at all levels, customers, stakeholders and senior leadership.
Excellent team player.
