Job Overview
We are seeking a high-velocity, operationally-focused Director of Executive Talent Acquisition Delivery to lead our core executive hiring engine. This leader will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all Director and Vice President (VP) level hiring across the enterprise.
The Director of Executive TA Delivery will manage a team of specialized Executive Recruiting consultants and drive a culture of high performance, rigor, and speed. You will be responsible for ensuring we hit hiring targets while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for executive talent. This role requires a strong recruitment strategist and operator who can balance deep domain specialization with the executive presence to influence senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Delivery Excellence & Velocity: Oversee the end-to-end delivery for all Director and VP-level roles, ensuring the team operates at optimal capacity and meets targets while maintaining a high hiring bar.
- Specialized Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialized executive recruiters. You will ensure the team is deeply aligned with their domains (Tech, Product, GTM, Fintech, etc.) and possesses the SME knowledge to influence search outcomes.
- Operational Rigor: Optimize the executive recruitment lifecycle. This includes managing the process and model, capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Intuit’s senior leadership, providing data-driven insights on market conditions, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
- Executive Bar Raising: Continuously refine assessment and selection methodologies to ensure every new hire aligns with Intuit’s values and high-performance culture.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Director of Strategic Executive Search to ensure a unified candidate experience and a seamless handoff between proactive talent ID and active role delivery.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $259,000 - $350,000

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications
This role is a critical investment in Intuit’s infrastructure. We are looking for a leader who thrives in high-growth, high-pressure environments and who views Talent Acquisition as a precision-delivery function.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years specifically in Executive Recruiting or leading high-impact leadership hiring teams.
- Operational Excellence: A proven track record of managing complex, high-volume executive recruitment operations and hitting aggressive hiring targets.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and performance-manage high-performing teams.
- SME Knowledge: Deep understanding of the executive talent market, particularly within the Tech, Fintech, or SaaS sectors.
- Influence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the psychology of executive hiring while maintaining operational speed.
