  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate pipeline, acquisition trends, attach, and customer performance as an input into planning and forecast motions
  • Identify risks and opportunities relative to forecast and proactively communicate insights
  • Develop scenario models to support growth initiatives and investment decisions

Expense Management & Governance

  • Own and manage OpEx forecasting across headcount, program spend, COGS and discretionary investments
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure disciplined spend management aligned to financial targets

  • Prepare clear variance analyses that connect financial results to operational drivers
  • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
  • Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations

Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted financial partner to cross-functional leaders
  • Drive accountability to commitments through data-driven insights
  • Improve financial processes, reporting automation, and modeling rigor

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a SaaS, subscription, or technology business
  • Experience managing both revenue forecasting and expense planning
  • Experience with advanced AI forecasting tools (e.g., Cursor, Jupyter, Colab, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills (scenario modeling, driver-based forecasting, sensitivity analysis)
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Essbase, Anaplan) and data tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL a plus)
  • Strong understanding of P&L mechanics
  • Ability to translate financial results into clear, executive-ready narratives
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills in a matrixed organization

What We’re Looking For

  • A finance athlete comfortable spanning revenue drivers and cost structure
  • Strong attention to detail paired with strategic thinking
