  • Lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, CX, and go-to-market partners to deliver high-impact initiatives.

  • Align stakeholders around priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs across Email, Social, and Advertising.

  • Represent the channels portfolio in executive forums, providing clarity on strategy, progress, and business impact.

Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Drive disciplined execution across multiple pods, ensuring clear goals, defined milestones, and strong cross-team communication.

  • Establish and manage portfolio-level OKRs and KPIs focused on adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact.

  • Guide teams through complex, multi-quarter programs including cross-channel integrations, AI feature launches, and external platform partnerships.

  • Proven success managing and developing senior product managers and leading teams through complex, multi-quarter initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of email marketing, social media platforms, advertising ecosystems, APIs, and channel performance measurement.

  • Experience building AI- or automation-driven capabilities such as generative content, predictive optimization, targeting, or performance recommendations.

  • Strong technical fluency; comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, experimentation frameworks, and scalable system design with engineering and data partners.
