Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Intuit is reimagining how work is executed across the enterprise. We are looking for a Principal, AI Workforce Transformation to lead the strategy for how AI-enhanced workflows reshape roles, modernize skill sets, and drive business velocity.
In this role, you will lead the evolution of our workforce model, ensuring that as technology advances, our people strategy moves in lockstep. You will focus on moving beyond tool adoption to fundamental change, ensuring our teams are positioned to focus on high-value, high-judgment work that drives enterprise performance.
Responsibilities
Define Modern Work Standards: Lead the cross-functional effort with business, HR, and Technology leaders to define new standards for how teams operate in an AI-augmented environment. You will establish the "AI-first" baseline for daily execution, ensuring that ways of working are clearly defined and consistent across all non-engineering functions.
Institutionalize Shifts through People Systems: Engage deeply within the People (HR) organization to ensure transformation shifts are driven through our core frameworks. You will partner with HR leaders to embed these new standards into hiring, performance management, and career development, making the evolution a permanent part of the employee lifecycle.
Drive Rigor and Prioritization in Execution: Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and prioritize the domains where AI-enabled redesign will drive the highest impact. You will ensure these transformations move forward with speed and discipline, providing the oversight and rigor needed to move teams from localized experimentation to structural workflow re-architecture.
Architect the Measurement of Success: Define the framework for evaluating the success and health of our workforce transformation. You will determine the key signals that demonstrate progress, partnering with Finance and Data Science to ensure that operational shifts deliver validated value to the enterprise.
Build Transformation Capability: Beyond individual projects, you will focus on building the mindset and capability for teams to lead their own evolution. You will create the models that allow the organization to stay agile, ensuring the workforce can continuously adapt as technology and market conditions change.
Qualifications
Adaptive Strategist & AI Fluent: You stay in sync with external market evolutions and the rapid shift in AI capabilities (such as Agents and LLMs), anticipating how they impact the global landscape of work. You possess the technical fluency to bridge the gap between "what is possible" and "what is practical," viewing AI not just as a tool, but as the default catalyst for modern organizational design.
Resourceful Orchestrator & Change Leader: You are a self-starter who excels at navigating ambiguity and finding "the how" when a path isn't clear. You possess the ability to lead high-stakes sessions with senior leaders, using compelling storytelling to paint a clear picture of the future and build the alignment required for lasting change.
Analytical & Impact-Oriented: You are deeply data-driven and focused on measurable business value. You possess the analytical depth to partner effectively with Finance and Data Science to define new success metrics, ensuring that every operational shift translates into validated productivity gains and enterprise velocity.
Curious & Continuous Learner: You have an insatiable curiosity about how things work and how they can be better. In a field that changes rapidly, you are committed to continuous learning, ensuring that our workforce strategy doesn't just meet today's standards but is prepared for the next wave of technological evolution.
