Director, Product Management - Manufacturing, Healthcare & Tech
Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Intuit is on a mission to power prosperity around the world. Within our Mid Market segment, we are building the next-generation ERP platform that will define how growing and complex businesses operate in an AI-native world. To win in the Mid Market, we must deliver "Vertical Editions" that provide differentiated, defensible value for specific, complex industries.
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead three of our most strategic priority verticals: Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Tech. This leader is a unique blend of a General Manager and a Product Manager—someone who is a recognized thought leader at industry events but can also navigate complex internal technical dependencies to ship a roadmap.
You will own the "Command Center" vision for these industries, ensuring that Intuit becomes the primary operating system for product-based businesses and specialized service providers. This role requires a bold product thinker who can operate at platform scale, build 0→1 capabilities, and transform a traditional ERP paradigm into an AI-driven operating system for mid-market businesses in these industries.
Responsibilities
- Define & Deliver the Vertical ERP Vision
- Build a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for "Vertical Editions" in Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Tech.
- Reimagine the user experience to create an industry-specific "Command Center" for key roles within each vertical.
- Drive meaningful differentiation that positions Intuit as a superior alternative to generic ERP competitors.
- Lead Industry-Specific Innovation
- Manufacturing & PBB: Own the vision for Advanced Inventory Management and Product-Based Business (PBB) workflows.
- Tech & SaaS: Lead the strategy for revenue management, ASC 606 accounting, and SaaS-specific financial leadership.
- Healthcare: Define the domain strategy and compliance-ready roadmap for healthcare providers and related services.
- Drive Ecosystem & Partner Strategy
- Evangelize how to leverage an ecosystem of "best-in-class" 1st and 3rd party technologies to create a "1+1=3" data integration value proposition.
- Work closely with Value Added Resellers (VARs), strategic partners, and industry influencers to scale market presence.
- Act as the external face of Intuit for these industries in Press, PR, and at critical industry events.
- Build & Scale a Domain-Expert Organization
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of PMs and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in key industry domains.
- Establish outcome-driven OKRs that align vertical-specific features with overall Mid Market revenue and growth targets.
- Foster deep cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Sales, and GTM teams to ensure successful market entry.
Qualifications
- Leadership & Strategy: 10+ years in product management, including 4+ years leading managers.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Manufacturing (inventory/supply chain) plus Healthcare (regulatory/ops), or Tech (SaaS/606).
- The "GM" Mindset: Demonstrated ability to manage revenue, understand market trends, and act as a public-facing thought leader.
- Technical Breadth: Familiarity with how to combine 1st and 3rd party data via APIs and integrations to solve industry-specific problems.
- B2B SaaS Background: Experience in ERP or complex B2B platforms, with a focus on "Edition-based" product tiers.
