This business is at a pivotal inflection point with Intuit investing heavily in its outbound sales motion and technology infrastructure to win the mid-market and the sales operations team seeks a motivated, experienced analyst to join our team and continue driving our segment growth.

As a Sales Strategy and Operations group manager, you’ll drive strategic, data-driven decisions for the MM sales motion holistically across SDR, acquisition, and renewal sales motions partnering with the various sales stakeholders along with a host of x-functional teams up to the executive level. You’ll be a key architect in driving the next phase of growth for the mid-market sales organization.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the annual and quarterly strategic planning process for the MM segment.

  • Develop and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and MM segmentation model to focus our resources on the highest-impact customers.

  • Analyze internal data, competitive trends and benchmark against peer companies to optimize GTM approach and identify new opportunities.

  • Executive Readouts:

  • Distill large sets of information and business trends into high-impact presentations for executive leadership

  • Collaborate closely with business operations, finance, and others while developing narrative

  • Forecasting and business reporting:

  • Support the weekly rhythm of business supporting forecasting and business performance report outs

  • Develop models to improve forecasting accuracy and drive sales leadership accountability to pipeline hygiene

  • Cross-functional leadership:

  • Serve as the voice of sales in x-functional settings across sales, finance, marketing, engineering, and product to ensure the seller experience is appropriately represented and addressed as we build tools, change processes, and assess new investments

  • Serve as an escalation point to help facilitate prioritization and de-bottleneck existing processes

  • Compensation and incentive design

  • Take a critical eye to seller compensation design and recommend changes and enhancements

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and compensation team to design near and long-term incentives to drive seller performance

  • Supporting the sales motion:

  • Partner directly with sales leaders across the BDR, renewal, and acquisition motions to thought partner on recommendations to drive business forward and enhance execution


Qualifications

  • 9+ years of relevant experience in strategic or operational roles such as sales operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy, or management consulting.

  • 4+ years of people management experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and data-backed recommendations. Proficiency with Salesforce is required; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects from conception to completion.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

  • An outcome-driven mindset with a bias for action, capable of seamlessly moving between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
