Intuit is bringing the best of Mailchimp & QuickBooks together to build an e2e Lead-to-Cash offering to drive small business growth across the globe. You’ll be part of an incredible cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, AI science & analytics focused on bringing a new offering to life in multiple countries and scaling from 0-1.

As a Sr. Staff Product Manager on Lead to Cash, you’ll work closely with other builders within Intuit to help our customers win more customers. In this domain we focus on the bottom of the funnel for the sales process, helping users manage qualified opportunities, schedule, meet and generate contracts and proposals to close deals. You're a perfect fit for this role if you have experience building small business products such as CRM, sales, or proposal/contract management tools and you have a passion for solving complex problems at the intersection of AI and small business growth. You thrive in ambiguity, are energized by 0-to-1 product building, and have a vision for how AI can fundamentally change the way small businesses manage their customer relationships -- from first lead to closed deal and beyond.

  • Builder: Leverages AI in day-to-day practices of creating prototypes, synthesizing research, communicating with stakeholders and improving the velocity of shipping products to customers.

  • AI Native: Practiced in building and deploying AI features, designing and improving prompts, building eval systems to measure accuracy/success of AI models, partnering with AI science to build AI/ML models which accelerate customer benefit

  • Test and learn mindset: Owns end-to-end product experience; brings demonstrated experience creating tests and experiments to drive growth.

  • Problem Solver: Knows when and how to be scrappy and entrepreneurial, hypothesis driven and analytical; exercises strong judgment when balancing risks and while making trade-off decisions

  • Product Owner: Creates and evangelizes a focused roadmap that inspires the organization in service of our customers; can deploy impact-driven prioritization frameworks; can use and teach agile methodologies; can mentor junior PMs

  • Customer Champion: Has deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights; is obsessed with solving customer problems; stays close to the customer, industry trends and connected ecosystem to bring unique differentiation to the small business experiences

  • Influencing Skills: Able to build alignment using prototypes, data, metrics, and analysis to drive business and system strategy; skilled in stakeholder management and communication at all levels of the organization; can effectively tailor communications to the appropriate audience to ensure broad alignment, awareness, and advocacy of the product

  • Impact: Delivers artifacts that drive decision making on critical staffing levels, service levels, and expenses

  • Execution: Initiates the design, development, and implementation of analysis projects that optimize automated vs. manual decisions; applies analytical principles/concepts to problems; makes informed trade-offs to deliver results; coordinates seamless go-to-market activities

  • Collaborate Fluidly: Co-design live with your cross-functional partners. Bring a strong, hands-on perspective to both technical and design discussions to foster seamless, dynamic collaboration and eliminate friction.

  • Deliver the Holistic Journey: Operate with an intense sense of pride and urgency. Focus on delivering complete, end-to-end outcomes that genuinely solve the customer's core problems, going beyond isolated metrics to ensure a cohesive, impactful user experience.

  • Apply an AI-Native Mindset: Use your technical fluency to uncover how emerging technology unlocks net-new customer value, and actively use AI tools to accelerate your own daily workflows and testing cycles.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven history of launching and scaling successful products.

  • Hands-on Execution: A strong track record of conceptualizing, prototyping, testing, and iterating rapidly to drive product vision from idea to reality.

  • Technical Fluency & AI Focus: Deep comfort engaging with engineering on technical architecture, combined with a forward-looking approach to utilizing AI in daily product development.

  • Boundaryless Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work fluidly across disciplines, fostering a fast-paced, highly aligned team environment.

  • Customer Obsession: A relentless drive to deeply understand the daily operational challenges of small businesses and create elegant, immediate solutions to solve them.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related specialized field (an MBA or advanced degree is preferred). Equivalent experience will be considered.


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

New York: $195,000 - 264,000

Bay Area: $196,500 - 266,000
