The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Principal, Enterprise Accounts to expand Autonomize’s footprint within some of the nation’s leading health plans and PBMs. This is a high-impact, consultative role embedded in our clients’ organizations. You’ll walk the halls, engage deeply across business, clinical, and technology operations, and uncover high-value opportunities that drive measurable ROI. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, partnering with executives to align Autonomize’s capabilities with their strategic roadmap. This person combines business acumen, high EQ, and technical fluency, creating business cases, surfacing use cases, and driving execution from insight to impact. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally internally to deliver value, accelerate adoption, and embed Autonomize as a strategic partner in every facet of the client’s enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership
  • Own expansion and value creation within existing national accounts, partnering with some of the largest health plans in the U.S. to uncover whitespace and drive high-impact opportunities
  • Embed within client organizations to understand strategic goals, operational workflows, and technology initiatives.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across business, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams to translate client insights into adoption strategies, pilots, and scalable deployments.
Consultative Growth & Value Delivery
  • Surface high-value use cases and quantify impact via business cases and ROI analysis.
  • Drive adoption of Autonomize solutions across multiple departments and workflows.
  • Lead executive conversations on workflow transformation, AI adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to influence roadmap priorities based on client insights.
Execution & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Serve as the bridge between client needs and internal teams, ensuring execution rigor.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Engagement Managers, Growth, Product, Clinical, AI/ML and Ops teams to deliver outcomes with speed and precision.
  • Drive predictable, scalable processes for account expansion and value realization.
Market & Customer Insight
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on payer/PBM and healthcare enterprise operations.
  • Map enterprise structures, identify decision-makers, and influence strategic priorities.
  • Identify patterns across accounts to strengthen Autonomize’s expansion strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years in enterprise account management, expansion, or consultative roles in healthcare, payer/PBM, or SaaS serving these markets.
  • Demonstrated success growing large, complex accounts with multi-year expansion cycles.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong account planning, forecasting, and execution discipline.
  • Deep understanding of payer/PBM operations, workflows, and modernization initiatives.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in management consulting or systems integrators.
  • Background in AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation technologies.
  • Track record of converting pilots into scaled deployments across enterprise clients.
  • Experience embedding within client organizations to drive adoption and influence strategic priorities.
