Role Overview
The Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery excellence across Autonomize AI’s customer portfolio. This role owns delivery outcomes across all active engagements, ensures consistent execution of delivery methodologies aligned to GTM motions, and enables the organization to scale from early-stage deployments to enterprise-grade, repeatable delivery.
The Delivery Lead operates at the portfolio level, overseeing multiple customers and delivery pods simultaneously. They set delivery standards, manage cross-project dependencies, allocate resources, and act as the primary escalation point to ensure customers experience predictable, high-quality outcomes.
This role is critical to Autonomize’s ability to scale from 6 customers today to 50+ customers in 2026 while maintaining speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio-Level Delivery Ownership
- Own delivery execution across all customer engagements (AI-Curious, Problem-Defined, and Enterprise Orchestrator GTM motions).
- Ensure delivery commitments are met for SaaS and private tenant deployments.
- Monitor delivery health across customers, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
- Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues impacting customers or internal teams.
2. Delivery Methodology & Standards
- Own and evolve Autonomize’s delivery methodologies
- Ensure consistent adoption of delivery playbooks, runbooks, templates, and communication standards.
- Drive standardization to reduce variability and improve predictability across pods.
3. Resource & Capacity Management
- Plan and allocate delivery resources across pods and customers, balancing dedicated vs shared roles.
- Ensure efficient utilization of global teams.
- Partner with leadership on hiring plans, skill gaps, and upskilling needs to support growth.
- Proactively identify capacity constraints and mitigate delivery risk.
4. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Coordinate closely with:
- Product Engineering
- Forward-Deployed Engineers (SWE, ML, Test)
- CloudOps / SRE
- Solutions Engineers and Architects
- Customer Success and Support
- Ensure smooth handoffs across delivery phases and between GTM motions.
- Translate customer delivery insights into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
5. Customer Engagement & Executive Communication
- Participate in key customer meetings for:
- Program kickoffs
- Executive updates
- Escalations and risk mitigation
- Enterprise governance reviews
- Ensure clear, transparent communication with customers during critical delivery milestones.
- Build customer confidence in Autonomize’s delivery capability and operational maturity.
6. Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and monitor delivery KPIs, including:
- Time-to-go-live
- Defect rates and post-go-live stability
- Customer satisfaction and NPS
- Drive root-cause analysis for delivery issues and implement systemic improvements.
- Ensure delivery practices meet the expectations of regulated healthcare environments.
7. Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and coach Technical Program Managers, Solutions Engineers, and emerging delivery leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration across distributed teams.
- Serve as a role model for Autonomize’s delivery values: quality, consistency, and scale.
Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership, program management, or professional services for enterprise software or AI platforms.
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent customer programs.
- Experience delivering complex solutions in regulated industries (healthcare strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to scale delivery operations in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions.
Bonus
- Experience with AI/ML-powered platforms, data-heavy systems, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Forward-Deployed Engineering or embedded delivery models.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams, particularly U.S./India delivery models.
- Background in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or digital transformation initiatives.

- Customers consistently go live within 45/60-day deployment timelines.
- Delivery playbooks and processes are adopted across all pods.
- Delivery capacity scales without linear increases in cost.
- TPMs and delivery teams operate with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
