The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to oversee the end-to end management of the Human Resources function within our organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. The HR Executive will play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
What You’ll Do
1.HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Advise senior leadership on HR best practices and workforce planning.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create workforce plans.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Implement policies that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
4. Performance Management & Development
  • Design and oversee performance appraisal processes and employee goal-setting.
  • Develop training programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Implement succession planning strategies.
5. Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage payroll processes, salary structures, and incentive programs.
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure competitive offerings.
  • Conduct benchmarking and salary reviews to maintain market competitiveness.
6. HR Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions as needed.
You’re a Fit If You Have
  • MBA Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR & Recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
