Autonomize, Inc is seeking a highly motivated, driven Lead Software QA Engineer to join our team on a journey to help organizations scale across the globe.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in building and leading a high-performing QA organization. In this leadership role, you will not only be a technical expert in automation testing but also a strong leader who can manage and mentor a team of SDETs. You will be responsible for overseeing both manual and automation testing processes to ensure the highest quality standards for our software products.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall QA strategy and roadmap
2. Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers.
3. Develop and maintain a robust test automation framework
4. Collaborate with developers and product managers
5. Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
6. Manage manual testing efforts
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies

Must-have Technical Competencies:

1. 8+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation Testing)
2. Proven experience leading and mentoring a QA team
3. In-depth knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Python, TestNG, PyTest)
4. Experience with both web application and Machine Learning application testing
5. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience driving successful test execution
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Education and experience requirements may vary depending on the company and position, but a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sales or a related field and several years of experience in scaling a B2B Product sales organization is required.
