Job Description

Autonomize is on a mission to help organizations make sense of the world's data. We help healthcare organizations harness the full potential of data to impact human health outcomes. Unstructured dark data contains nuggets of information that when paired with human context will unlock some of the most impactful insights for most organizations, and it's our goal to make that process effortless and accessible.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Drive Platform Buildout Initiatives
  • Define feature requirements for various views
  • Conduct rigorous and agile testing of implemented features
  • Prioritize features ruthlessly based on customer demands
  • Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building products in healthcare/insurance is preferred, with an understanding of the needs of healthcare clients, and a multi-sided ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Conduct Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine the product backlog.
  • Shield the team from distractions to ensure efficient work execution.
  • Track and report project progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

  • Experience with emerging user experiences utilizing Generative AI
  • Experience in Agile methodologies(Scrum, kanban) is a must
  • Experience with managing distributed teams across different timezone
  • Experience in handling multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA is a must
