Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prompt engineering, NLP/language models, a solid foundation in software development, extensive architecture experience, and a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare interoperability and data landscapes. You will work closely with health plans and providers to design and implement AI solutions using our Copilots and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with health plans and providers to understand their needs and challenges, and design customized AI solutions using our Copilots and AI agents.
- Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize the performance and accuracy of our AI solutions.
- Architect scalable and efficient AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare infrastructures.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, prompt engineering, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting AI solutions, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in software development with experience in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with health plans and providers.
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
