As one of the fastest-growing software companies in the country, AlertMedia is looking for a Contract Technical Sourcer in Mexico City who is passionate about finding great talent!

Who you are:

You’re a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sourcer with a passion for connecting people to opportunity. You have hands-on experience and know how to source technical candidates. You’re proactive, results-driven, and collaborative, with a deep understanding of sourcing strategies.

What you get to do every day:

• Actively source and engage candidates for technical and engineering roles, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools
• Craft personalized, targeted outreach for sourcing potential candidates
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Build strong partnerships with internal business partners to ensure focus and efforts align with the departmental business needs
• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring an incredible candidate experience

What you bring to the role:

• 2–3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company
• Proven success in sourcing for technical roles (engineering, DevOps, product, etc.)
• Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• You have a relentless drive to reach your goals and have a high work ethic
• You’re energized by building talent pipelines
• You’re obsessed with finding the perfect candidate for the roles you work on
• You love to learn and challenge yourself especially when it comes to recruiting
• You are creative and think outside the box when it comes to finding great talent
• You have a positive, can-do attitude and persevere when faced with a challenge
• Passion for learning, and delivering results
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be based in Mexico (Mexico City preferred)
• Able to work as a Contract Sourcer for 3-6 months with potential to be converted to full time employee
